Return and Refund Policy
DELIVERIES & RETURNS
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Health:
- No return or exchange is allowed after delivery, except in the circumstances where the product is damaged or incorrect from that which was ordered. No return for medicine products is allowed.
- Return request should be made within 14-days from the original date of purchase.
- Returned products should be in original, saleable and sealed condition, and the original receipt should be provided to the delivery officer who’ll collect back the order.
Return Policy Exceptions:
Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for the following product categories: Injections, Health Monitor & Equipment, compression garments, wearables and Ortho Support.
Damaged items can be replaced if it is damaged or defective if reported within 24 hours of order.
Incorrect Items Ordered
If we have sent you an incorrect product from that which you have ordered, please report the issue within 24 hours of order and we will do all necessary procedures to replace the wrong item without any extra charges and within 24 hours.
We have done our best to provide as accurately as possible the description and color of products shown on our website. However, product description and image may differ depending on the source.
